Pathetic service. After reading comments and seeing rating I opted royal service as I wanted to sent my bike from new delhi to pune. So these guys took my bike on 1 jan 2019 and told me that it will take max. 1 week. On 6 Jan I called and asked what is the status? They said sir you will get on 7th evening or 8th mng. On 8th again I called . They said sir you have to pay 2300 extra rupees as a tax. I paid the same and again I called. They replied that on 10th Jan you will receive. After chasing this much finally I got my bike in night of 11th Jan with broken viser. I sent pic of broken viser and called then. But they didn't reply. Guys be careful. They are not professional. Better to go for other options if you have.
