Worst agency . I have been trying to call upon the numbers given on the internet and on the delivery slip, but no one is responding to it. Whenever i try to connect with then , their automatic answering machines answers \All lines of this service are busy try again later\. Im trying to connect with them for 2 days , but same thing is happening. There delivery person \Dharvindar\ he always brings low weighing cylinder approx 2-3 kgs less then as to the mentioned weight on the cylinder. Then we bought a weighing machine , and use to weight the cylinder , and whenever he brings less weighing cylinder , he used to say o worries tomorrow ill bring another one\ , and on the next days cylinder weighs perfectly. Although my point is why is this happening in the first place. I had complained so many times and each time they say we will definitely resolve this issue and take some action about it. Though nothing is improving. Now in lockdown period again this is repeating but now im unable to book my complaint as i mentioned above there phone lines are busy. The point to put on light is , i said to him that ,ill complain about it that you are delivering less weighing cylinder ,to which he replied \go ahead\ and took the cylinder back. What kind of mafia is this ? We are paying money for each and every grams of gas , arent we supposed to get perfectly weighing cylinder. This agency should get closed as they arent taking any actions as per customers problems.
