The trainers of this gym are very helpful and supportive . They provide customized diet plan and give best advise for weight loss or weight gain . Best gym in paschim vihar . must try and attain your body building goals . All the best guys

worst experience, old treadmill and its not working properly old cross old cycle and the attitude of owner is very bad, so please if you have your own respect then do not go to this gym.

it is the best gym in paschim vihar with experienced trainers and really good equipments and the aura around the place is so enthusiastic that you feel like working out own your own
