All process is online. From LL to permanent DL. LL - After completing online application fee test date booking, reach on main gate for document verification and wait in line at your counter. Photo and Biometrics are captured. Then computer test is done for LL and if pass, LL is issued in an hour after the test. Same process start again for DL!! Online appointment is usually booked for 40 days ahead. So plan well in advance. Driving test is tough for both 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler, so practice well as per the field in pics. Also, important is, no vehicle is present there. You have to bring both the vehicles on your own! Red L should be present on both sides. Side Mirror is must for 2 wheeler (atleast one).
