I have consulted Dr Chintan Desai for left shoulder pain due to supraspinatous tendon tear. I had severe pain with restriction of movements. He treated it by steroid injection followed by physiotherapy. Now I am symptomfree and comfortable. I can do my daily activities and work properly without pain. Dr Chintan made sure I was fully aware of all the procedures before hand. Dr Chintan and his staff were very precise with all the paper work needed for the insurance claim.
