Always eat dessert first. The principal thing that you need to do the most,do that. I am an absolute dessert darling and an extremely fussy one too. So basically saying being around pastries is my leisure activity now. Be that as it may, is there any preferable thing over that? I would state No. So for all the dessert dears like me I have discovered an adorable little pastry joint in Gk-1 M block called the Dessertvala. It might be a little difficult to find the place but will make it simpler for you. It's simply behind Moti Mahal. You may ask why I am in effect so exact about the area is on the grounds that I need you to attempt it's extravagant sweets which I couldn't get my eyes off from. They were delightful back to front . Attempted these treats: 1.Chocolate Eclair: This oval baked good made with Choux mixture loaded up with cream and bested with chocolate icing was so alleviating to the eyes. It was a flavorful blend of firm patty and tasty cream. 2.The chocolate: Its 54% chocolate custard, marginally on a dark mode yet engaging and completely luscious. The crumble on the top gave a bewildering taste. Unquestionably attempt this.

DessertVala is founded and run by an exemplary graduate from the best culinary institute of the world, Culinary Institute of America. Dev Dhanda, the Chef has a remarkable record on Baking and Pastry area and therefore serves us exactly what he had learned from the culinary Institute of America right here in Gk1, Delhi. Isn’t that Amazing? This place gives you major drooling for desserts which are definitely unique from the most of the bakeries in terms of ingredients and much much more. He takes care of hygiene and freshness as every item is prepared that very day. Ambience- 4/5 it’s a cute little place right on the periphery of Gk1 M-block Market. Decorated with fairylights and also has a mini seating Food-5/5 Walnut Cranberry Tart This tart has a great basic crust. Fresh cranberries and walnuts in the filling make this the perfect tart to serve. Cranberries being extra sweet compliments the crust on the outside and the nuts Abellana chocolate mousse •chocolate crispy •orange jam• This beauty is served as a dome with chocolate mousse inside and orange jam as you dig further. It’s really soft and very thick and creamy. the chocolate Baked chocolate • Moist Crumble Another innovative item you may have not tried before. A great quantity with the Crumble sprinkled over the top. The texture is really smooth and is luscious Service- There are not more than 2 people at the outlet out of which one is the chef himself. I had a really great time having a fun conversation with them. Very friendly and courteous. Will definitely go back again

Their carrot cake is wow just wow !!! It's eggless and the best !! I have also had their banoffee pie, which is also amazing. Overall the cakery is great !! I wish they had more eggless options because they know the art of vegetarian bakes. They even offer home delivery, I'm so glad I found them.
