I had purchased a treadmill 5 months back and the treadmill stopped working 2 weeks back . I made a visit to the shop and raised a complaint on a Saturday and the person who attended me confirmed me that the technician will look into the raised complaint on the very next Wednesday . Since I didn’t receive any call by Wednesday I made a call back and the person who attended me initially gave a lame excuse and told me that the technician will reach on Thursday . However on Thursday , the same got repeated and I had to escalate it to the service manager and the service manager confirmed that the technician will reach my premises on Saturday morning . However that did happen as well. I made multiple calls to their number , but no one bothered to pick up the call . The sales person who delivered the product had offered me 100% service delivery and that was one of the key offerings that I received while purchasing the product Destination Health is a big when it comes to service and they are never bothered about client’s time . They are not even bothered to inform us when they change their schedules

Very bad service. I purchased an elliptical which cost around 70K. Few months ago I required to refit the item. I contacted numerous times but they always keep saying with in 2 days. Last one month I was chasing them but nothing happened. I wont recommend them if your planning to purchase gym equipment. Their service support is so poor

Destination Health has got an excellent collection of fitness equipment specially gym equipment, the gym equipment are of International standard and the prices also fall under the budget I think it is the one stop shop for gym and fitness equipment for all gym owners in South Indian and from Kerala.
