A nice trek that leads to a beautiful waterfall. A great roadtrip from Pune to Devkund waterfall. You may get confused with different ways leading to waterfall, So i suggest you better hire a guy otherwise you can always enjoy the wanderlust yourself.

Truely a paradise place!! Devkund is situated in Bhira village at Tamini Ghat. A 2.5 hr picturesque drive from Pune. If you are visiting the place for the first time its better to take a guide who charge around 300-400 as you have to walk 6km through dense forst. Treak difficulty is medium only has 1.5km is a steep rocky climb through the mountain cannons. Start your trek early as it takes around 2hrs to climb. Water in the kund is very cold as no sunlight reaches there. You will get supplies of water fruits snacka throughout the trek and at top of devkund as well.

We used Shelar Mama's meal and accommodation services. His hotel was our checkpoint. Meal was great, accommodation could be better, nonetheless a thoroughly enjoyable experience! A note about new trek goers. It's easy but if you don't carry proper footwear, you can slip easily and hurt your self and that will ruin your whole experience. Please don't take toddlers and infants with you. Please wear proper footwear for the trek.
