BEWARE!!!!. I feel deceived by customer service agent who walked me through the phone conversation website. Despite my hesitation on looking at the website pickup charges Rs500 I was assured that this is booking charge and will be adjusted. I kept reclarifying and made several calls to ensure I did not misunderstand anything. eventually was assured that I should make a payment. The document pickup person claimed he required full payment. Upon escalation, Floor manager Vineet assured me he will look into this and review the phone recording. It's been several weeks but despite my chasers, emails and frantic phone calls there is no response. I'm extremely disappointed. :-(
