The BMC is charging us higher propert tax stating the reason "water metre not available". Its the job of BMC to provide water connection before issuing Occupation Certificate. After approaching the BMC authorities they say that the OC is conditional and is issued as a one off case in entire Mumbai City. Don't understand the basic facilities provided by the BMC as even the street lights are connected to our building metre. The builder Nitin D Patel (HUF) is a cheater as he (his representatives) had lied to all owners that water connection work is going on and it will be completed within 2 months. It seems,Local politicians demanded flat in the building which the builder denied and now we are facing the problems. But the question still remain suspicious, How can BMC issue OC without the basic facilities i.e. Water. - Bhushan Kadam
