The experience is horrendous. The person in the phone is not at all courteous. He lifts the phone and doesn't even says a hello as if he is talking to a slave or whatsoever. On both the occasions, the person to take measurement was not sent on the said date and they even don't bother to inform us about the postponement. What to say about the servicea, when the first impression is the worst one.
