I have recuse kitten and went here after reading decent reviews on google. So i feel now when I have decided to migrate my pet care from this place I should share my experience with anyone who might be looking. First off all I did not have great experience here, the doctor didn't bothered to even touch my kitten and perform any physical examination, I thought that might be due to covid but it's still odd considering it his job and he can very well sanitize afterwards. Initially I shrugged it off but it wasn't until my kitten fell sick that their non caring attitude become real trouble for me.

Had a remote consultantion and it helped. Specially with pets it is sometimes difficult to manage a walk in, therefore Dr should consider onsite visit as well.
