I have 2 cats.. And they were kept in a cage with big dogs when we had been promised that they will be kept separately.. Also the. Place stinks.. Hygiene is a big issue. The owner doesn't even care about your pets. It's only a business for her

I kept my indie cat here for 5 days and these 5 days were the most stressful days for me and my family because of Paws N Claws. The owner told us while keeping her that she will keep my cat at her house so she's not scared of dogs at the kennel. On the very first day itself she calls me saying she has lost my cat and can't find her anywhere. And instead of comforting me that they'll find her she was saying 'I don't know what to do I'm very scared'. I told her that my cat hides inside the house when she is scared but she kept saying the same thing. After 2 anxious hours they found her inside the house itself.. They advertise saying you can video call whenever but they don't video call after you request for 6-7 hours. After that incident they kept her at the kennel There are a lot of dogs there because of which my cat was under constant fear On top of this they kept her in a cage! This was not a part of our agreement at all. When asked for clarification they say that she runs away that's why. But if you're taking so much money isn't it there responsibility to make sure she doesn't run away instead of keeping her in a cage?! My cat got wounds on her face trying to get out of the cage that's how scared she was. They charged me 2700 for 6 days and I provided food too and still this was the service they gave Then what the hell are you taking money for if you're gonna keep her in a cage??! Horrible experience please don't keep your furry friends at this God awful place. They put all the blame on the pets for their nature

I got a 42 days old Labrador retriever from here. The pup is super cute, healthy, adorable and of good quality. The prices here are also better as compared to many other places in mumbai. The services can get better and the products there are overly priced although the experience was good.

Worst place to keep your Pet, they do not take proper care of pets. I have kept my Beagle for 3 months and not once they cut her nails or groomed her. When I ask to send photos of her they would only reply when it was time for payment. The day I picked my Beagle up , I saw the only food they gave was chicken bones with rice. I picked up my beagle one day earlier and they did not refund the money. Two months have become they still have not refunded the money. Every time we call them they say we are busy. The Boy who they have kept to take care of the dogs has no knowledge of dogs how much to feed or grooming. I asked him why, he said the Boarding Owner does not teach him anything. My Beagle was weighing 17 KG when I picked her up (ideal Weight of Girl Beagle is 9-10 KG). On their website they show they are so caring to pets in reality the do not care. Only in for the money. They also taken money for Spotting but when I picked her up she had so many ticks. They charge so much money (45000 rs for three months 500rs Spotting x 3 months) but never took proper care. I have uploaded screenshots of our whats app conversation asking her to refund money. And she has the guts to say this review is fake.
