Mammoth facility ...automated plant..quality is assured Installation too happened without much efforts ..team arrived and installed in time Special thanks to nikhil from kochi office And Nancy mam from Chennai office Supportive staff Thank u so much

No Response to Customer Complaints one of the worst service provider .. dont pay even a single money until full item ls delivered to you !!! I paid the money and chase those buggers for More than 2 years till today material delivery is not completed..

The worst service provider I have ever seen.Till the date of payment, customer service and follow up was so prompt. After that no one even bothered about sending the material and fixing the racks.I have made several attempts and calls to reach but nothing has gave me a result even after 45 days .I am going to file a case in consumer court. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND DONRACKS TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT FAST INSTALLATION AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
