It was a very pleasant experience at Zen Hospital where I was admitted for removal of gall stones under the care of Dr. Roy Patankar. He was very nice and soft spoken. He hears you fully and explain the process in simple words. I was very much tensed as it was my first operation. But Dr.Roy Patankar assured that he would ensure my comfort. Accordingly the operation was done very smoothly and successfully. I am ever grateful to Dr.Roy Patankar and his efficient team of Doctors. Hospital room was comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful.
