I visited Dr Savyasachi for a discomfort I had. The doctor identified my issue in the first sitting and I felt way better during my follow up session with him. I was able to get my testing done at the clinic itself. The staff coordinated with me with utmost agility and consideration, the best part was the fact that I could get all the prescribed (branded) medicines at the clinic itself, which helped me save a lot of time.

For me it was a.positive experience. Doctor Saxena is quite knowledgeable and expert in his field. Besides my problem was effectively resolved. Don't expect medical facilities to be cheap , if you want cheap and best try govt. Hospitals , there is a possibility of getting free treatment there. Private institutions will charge for their services. Also understand that certain line of treatment might be perfect for some and not so effective for others. Hence keep trying until you find the doc that suits you.

Extremely Money Minded!! I visited him today at his Indirapuram based \Neo Clinic\ for minor pain in ear of my daughter. Since this was my first visit, truly speaking I did not have much idea about this clinic. As soon as I entered the clinic, immediately Rs. 600/- was taken from me as consultation fees of Doctor. This was little strange since usually at all other clinics I have visited till now, fees is taken at the end. So this was the first instance for me that fees was asked as soon as I entered the clinic's door. So, after waiting for almost 20 minutes, we were called inside doctor's cabin and doctor checked the ear for half a minute. Suddenly he said that ear has to be cleaned so please pay Rs. 700/- at the counter and come back again after 10 minutes. I was really astonished. I asked the attendant why those 600/- were taken from me, if mere cleaning the ear requires additional payment of Rs. 700/-. The attendant told me that the ear will be cleaned with warm water and it is a technical process. I paid Rs. 700/- again and truly speaking, i was befooled by the doctor and his staff. Nothing technical was actually done except washing the ear for 30 seconds with warm water using a syringe to bring the dust and fungus out. Therefore I shall not advice anyone to go to this clinic, where money is looted this way. A very Bad experience for me.
