It one of the best service i have got. i had been to official Lenova Service centres with my laptop to get the power issue resolved, because of the loose contact. 3 service centres told me it takes 2-3 days. I told them, my laptop is working fine, only sometimes it doesn't start because of the loose connection with Power cable and i need it immediately . No one was ready. and when i searched other service centres near me, got Dua Computers in Frazer town, called them and checked if they can repair immediately. He said, if it’s s resolvable, i will do it immediately . i had to drive 8 km, in Bangalore but still went their and they got it fixed in 2 hours even with BESCOM power issues. I liked their honesty , quick service. I paid the service amount of 1000 rs, without asking any questions.

Very bad experience, work was so unprofessional for my new MacBook Pro like you can see fingerprints inside the screen, hairs, dusts particles. Had to call everyday to check if it’s done, he never said the truth, he said it will be done tomorrow you can pickup, when I call tomorrow it’s not finished yet again tomorrow by doing this it took more than 5-6 months. I personally gave him back light sheets so he can fix it but he didn’t add all of them, he only added few giving making the screen looks reddish now. I regret trusting him to fix my new MacBook Pro touchbar, there are few starches now too. Edit: If i had given the screen sheets it’s your job to fix it properly, not to leave your finger prints, dust particles and not putting every screen sheets, he even broken the strip and said me it was of a bad quantity then he applied black gum, why didn’t you buy another or said me if you had broken it. Now as common knowledge i can understand if you didn’t add all the screen sheets the screen won’t look white. You like lying allot, I gave you my MacBook Pro to fix many months ago, you keep saying it’ll be done by tomorrow for weeks, finally when i visited the store and found you didn’t even fixed it. So, I personally bought screen sheets so you can fix it but you didn’t do that too professionally, you took this almost 4months after calling you regularly.

I got my hp laptop upgraded here by adding ssd. He handled the laptop very carefully and inserted the ssd card and then he installed the genuine windows 10 OS. Very humble and polite technician. I prefer everyone to get ur laptop or desktop serviced from here.... Thankyou
