I had enrolled my son and myself in the keyboard classes. We had quite a bitter experience with the person who runs the school - Jim. He asked us for three months advance assuring us that he would refund if we decide to discontinue. After about 2 months we decided to discontinue as we did not like the environment. How would you learn with 5 people playing keyboard in the same room with out headphones. When I demanded the refund he refused and even threatened us. It is best to stay away from such elements.

Eastern Fare Music Foundation is one of the best institute anyone can find to learn music. The instructors are very humble and friendly. If a student misses a class, backup classes would be provided in addition to any no of additional classes the student wishes to attend. The fees are at very affordable. The course structure is good.Knowledge of Music is shared with students in depth.Overall experience is great.

I joined the classes for keyboard and i found it too expensive as they are taking only one class a week(that is also not regular) which is not sufficient at all plus they are charging two months in advance which is Rs 2400. Overall experience was really bad and I discontinued after 3 classes.

My son has been learning piano at Eastern Fare for last 2.5 years. Prior to that he was learning from a teacher who used to come home. We wanted a school that will teach authentic western classical and who would help students to clear the trinity exams. Eastern Fare was recommended to me by a friend whose daughter learns there. We are very happy with the results. The music being taught there is proper classical and not some Bollywood songs. My son has passed two exams with good marks and is about to give one more. They help the students not just clear the exams regularly but also with good marks. Also my son has learnt many complex concepts very easily and his love for music has only grown. Many thanks especially to Vinod. Hes not only a very good musician himself, he also wants to imbibe the same love and discipline for music in the children.Given the amount of money charged by so many unqualified teachers who only teach Bollywood songs, the money charged by eastern fare is more than reasonable. They also take lot of extra classes if the child is lagging behind for the exam and do not charge a penny for it. Overall if you are into music for the long term and want your child to learn genuine western classical music I would highly recommend Eastern Fare.
