Edit: They contacted us and fixed all the issues. One of them has given direct contact of one of them, asking us to contact directly. Worst after sales service! No response even after just after two weeks of installations. Parts got damages soon after installation. Quality of the products also give doubt that it could be of worst quality. They did not even respond for the calls.
