First of all it’s in India so they know how to treat us. I went there for some visa related issue and the guard is not helpful at all and he just show me a man who come out from his car and having some pizza in his hand I tried to speak with him and he don’t listen to me at all and I told him I m stuck here coz of covid but he didn’t listen to me at all and he is one of the sr there I think so and after that he told me to speak with guard and again the guard don’t know anything and told me to don’t argue with me and there is notification board and call them or mail them. This is world of internet do everything on internet don’t come here. This is the way they treat Indian person. I just giving them one star coz there is no minus rating otherwise they don’t even worth of rating. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed from them

I have had very good experience with Russian consulate staff ,New delhi Chanakyapuri. Due to some unavoidable reason I could not get my Visa done but Russian consulate officials understood my problem and went all out to help us. I am really thankful to them esp.Natalia Madam. Thank you
