i have been working here for past more than 3 months and this company has given me exposure to vast area of work which is far beyond you get in MNC .if you are ACCA pursuing candidate then this is best company to work for and cherish your learning and growth . I would say it is far better in mostly all sense to big four company . People here are supportive, understandable and culturally well versed.

Work environment was fine. All the associates can live on the floor friendly. The management don't interrupt for the lunch timing. Overall it was nice journey with EPEA. Best places to learn for fresher as most of positions are client facing. Pros Flexible lunch time Support for higher qualification Cons Cab facility Work pressure

I must admit the tenure with EPEA (2012-2013) was pretty enjoyable. I will always obliged to manager for the scholarship and help in achieving professional qualification. I agree with Vaibhav Agarwal and can say comment on salary must be fake. Salary levels are better than peers and even i saw best performer got decent increase. I never seen policy like subsidies interest on car loan, reimbursement of qualified professional exam fee and membership fee. All the best to EPEA.
