First of all i was misguided by the reception staff about the fees. Secondly I was prescribed medication for pain etc which I clearly conveyed that I have no pain. Extremely misleading. I wouldn't recommend the clinic at all. Then I received a call upon my above feedback. But they were not willing to listen to me. Instead they kept cutting me ..why did you even call?

Thanks to doctor for the best possible treatment. My dad arrived to Mumbai from bhopal, he has fallen sick and had severe pain in knee. Extremely poor service. People seating at reception are extremely dumb. When I visited the clinic the receptionist said der r 2 patients ahead of me. After 1 hour she said the same. While almost 5-6 patients visited in front of me. Wasted my 1 hour. If value your time then visit some other clinic.

I was there for ligament surgery in august last year . It was very great experince with Dr. He is very intelligent , kind and genuine human being . Dr Kshotij Thoke is perfect orthopaedic Dr. in New bombay at least.
