Worst customer experience. The sales girl Bhavani who addressed herself as manager of the store promised to deliver the product on the same day or maximum by the next day before noon and arrange for installation before the evening of 2nd day.. but the product was delivered by late evening after which I made almost 17 phone calls to both the girl in store and to the owner of the showroom. And the installation was done only on the 3rd day from which the payment was made. You can drop in to this store to just have a look at the variety of products but purchase elsewhere for a good experience.

Excellent Customer Service I went to many places in search of kitchen chimney nobody explained me in such details as the sales executive revathi madam explained me about chimneys and which one we can go far. She also ensured that the installation happened promptly without any delay. I was very happy to find some sales person who knows the difference in chimneys motor placements and the auction details. The price was also in comparison to the current market.

Products overpriced compared to the online prices. They say it's because of the warranty but the online markets provide same warranty. Delivery is not free and installation is chargeable but it is free if you order online. I recommend to visit the store for personal satisfaction before purchasing the product online.
