Worst after sales service. They send people who do not know what to do, and they think cleaning a stove and chimney is like cleaning a floor. The guy came, cleaned half way, forgot to bring a liquid solution, went to bring it, and cleaned the stove and chimney. Instead of cleaning the guy spreads the dirt and dust everywhere including behind the stove...still leaving oil and grease residue on the stove. Please go to any other service provider besides these guys. They just make you buy the product and wash their hands off, so you are now someone else's problem.

It's hard to find your way up to the first floor. The showroom is in the first floor. The pros are good. I had bought a chimney and a hob.

One of the worst product range. I bought imported sink by claiming scratch proof. Without using the sink it's started showing marks which can't clean. Informed service center but no response. After several reminder they visited the site and cleaned the sink. Surprisingly the stains becomes more and service engineer told us that this is a product issue also getting more complaints similar this for this sink. Now they are blaming the contractor who installed. Never trust their service team - they will say its a product mistake with customer and close the service ticket with comments as customer issue. Based on my experience; requesting all Franke Customers to records all communication (chat, whatsapp & call) if you want to close the ticket properly. They will say 110 years of pedigree and lakhs of customers- never trust. Product \\service may have faults - but can solve by providing prompt support and understanding issues.

Dont try calling them,...the dumwit who's gonna pickup the call behaves like as if he engineers these chimney's in his basement..i i call them two times to purchase three products and their attitude was horrible,just imagine calling them for repair or after sales support!
