Worst service.... They are not capable to deliver on time, they have zero customer focus, even for high value product purchase. Irresponsible at their best. Customer care phone has no idea when product will deliver, customer care email has no response, customer sales manager is not having any focus. Customer care email if, 1st level escalation, 2nd level escalation none of these people reply.

We ordered a TV Unit and a Coffee table from Evok last month. We received both of them in time and in perfect condition. The finishing and quality of the products is quite satisfying. We wished to install it at a later date and the staff were very accommodating and their technician Mr. Girish Kumar installed it on our desired date. We are very satisfied with the service. We'll definitely visit the store for our future requirements

Store is good. I went there to find options of modular kitchen. Sadly, evok has discontinued kitchens now maybe because of mamy negative reviews(that I found on other website) Overall, prices are lesser than Godrej and so are the options. But designs are fresh which is also important.
