Pathetic support. We have taken ear machine of Siemens worth 55000 . They are not able to do even the setting of it. Totally waist of money. I would request all to be aware of them. Doctor stays very confident to sale the product , but after sale its impossible to track him as he sits in four locations with different time zones.
