As there is no electricity in lakkadpur(Faridabad) from last 19 hours but there is no response from their side. Firstly thet didn't pick the call and when they picked they said that it will be solve within 1 or 2 hours or our employee coming to check the default. But still no response, no electricity not any member came. They are not ready to solve the issue.

I wish i can rate 0. Pethetic service they cuts there power supplies mostly over night for more then 3 hours some time for 6 to 7 hours. They dont have humanity they dont think how aged people and infant children's are suffering from there behaviour. If you guys dont have sufficient staff or machine's to take care of power loads then this is your responsibility to buy new machines and hired new man power. Because you dont give any rebates over your electricity bills. You charged higher rate of electricity in against you give power cuts of 4 to 5 hours in a day. If this you called service then you all must think that what will happen when Dr said same to you that we cant give you services because we have less manpower and equipments. Think guys think

They always cut the power in the name of maintenance. All comlaint number r always busy.they cut the power mostly at the time of water supply

Well i would like to start by saying that its the worst govt working body in haryana. They are consistently degrading their service to the level where an individual gets frustrated every month by filing gigantic amount of bill for the ruck all service they provide.
