More than just professional therapy. Had a really good experience. Best thing was that unlike many others she doesn't put you on a clock and rushes you out with the first ding of the bell. Instead she lets the session extend for a bit of as per your comfort even with her busy schedule - which I think is quite considerate. The clinic is very well maintained and operated with utmost professionalism. She is quite flexible with the timings and offers online sessions as well. Plus, her affordable fees is cherry on top. Just want to say, if you have taken the first step of realising you need help and are now worried about finding a good psychologist don't hesitate to book a session with her, after that session finding a good therapist will be one less thing keeping you awake that night.

I honestly had a great experience here and the best part was that it never actually felt like therapy. Hope provided me a comfortable and safe space to speak my mind which genuinely helped me find myself. It is not like talking to your friends or close ones cause i don't think they could provide you with the required solution. The journey here is to take one step at a time and eventually you start seeing the path you're looking for. I found out so many things about myself that I never knew existed. Charu helped me believe in myself and showed me a clear way to go about things and that helped me overcome so many problems. Things actually started making sense after each session and I would definitely advice anyone going through anything to take that step to come forward and talk things out, I'm sure you'll unburden yourself. I remember being nervous before my first session but now I feel like this journey was so important for me and I feel like a completely new person.
