NEVER EVER BUY anything from him. I bought a new AC from him which was not working at all after installation. I understand that can happen but the worst part was when I informed him about the problem, he even stopped attending my phone calls. Luckily for me, problem was fixed after my continuous follow ups with Hitachi customer care. Hope I don't get any more problem with the ac now. But had a very bad experience dealing with this guy (Khanna). He will be very nice and sweet with you till you make the payment to him. Once that is done, you will then see his true colors. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Such people should learn a lesson. There is something called customer relationship which such people don't understand.

Giving one star just because it's mandatory otherwise this place doesn't deserve even a single star. Visit this shop only if you want to buy defective and outdated models. I doubt if they actually are authorized dealers of any company. People who are giving 5 stars to this shop are his own employees only, specially this guy Karan Matta and Rupesh....Lol.....they got no shame left...putting reviews for their own shop.

Khanna Aircon is a very big cheater man. Never purchase anything from this bastard. He sales defective products and that too confidently. He has sold us a defective ac which failed after 6 months of purchase. Now he is saying I am just a dealer its not my responsibility.
I buy an Ac from khanna ji(khannaAircon),such a gentle and full of knowledge for Ac. His advise really helpful for me. I always recommend khanna aircon for best deal,valuable suggestion.
