The worst customer service..I have been trying to hold a site visit for 2 yrs..yes 2 yrs. No respect whatsoever for the customers.

Very poor customer service. No response to measurement and quotation request after three weeks. They scheduled a day and time but no one came. They gave me two different managers phone numbers, one was switched off and other didn't pickup. This is pre-sales behavior and it will be accurate to assume that post-sales service will be a nightmare.
