I did raised complain, nothing is being done till now. So dont spoil your festival moment by using this service.

This is one of the best places in chandigarh. the staff is Very polite and their service is amazing. I have been there more than 5 times and there hasn’t been a single time That the flowers I wanted weren’t available or Fresh. The prices are the same as the other sellers. they have a lot of options from A single flower to a Chocolate Bouquet/ Chocolate basket. They have flowers and Arrangement for Every occasion. Really like it

i have heard a lot about their services and decided to choose them for a flower delivery for someone's special birthday.... but that was the worst mistake..... they are incompetent in offering their service even when the order was placed a few days in advance... moreover they lie, do not pick your call and argue.... never ever going to order from them again.. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...

FRAUD Today, I ordered helium balloons worth 350. Firstly, the package was delivered late and the balloons delivered were not the HELIUM ones instead they sent NORMAL ones worth 5 or 10 rupees. I called them multiple times but they didn't pick up the phone. CHEAP and FRAUD company so think twice before doing business with them.

Ordered flowers for my parents anniversary from the sector 35 branch. I specially asked them for fresh flowers 3 times and they said it will be done. I also paid extra for delivery.And the next day they sent withering flowers with falling petals. And when I went to the shop to complain and show them the state of the flowers they were exceptionally rude and had a "we do not care" attitude. It was shocking to see such a highly recommended brand take your money and forget about the service. The only reason I had to give them 1 star was giving a negative star is not an option. Anyone who plans on placing a order with them,do not order from these people as it is a complete waste of money and will ruins your ocassion.
