I have tried taking a loan and discovered this app. I thought I can take more loan further and took 2000 loan for start to know how this works. Then I forgot it's an instalment and ignored their calls thinking just a reminder. Then seeing their msgs I was very angry . Then here comes their harassing words from one of their advocate preetam when I text them back. Such a great customer service He says you are not any working professional who took bloody 2000 and unable to pay it, and Don't Tell me how to speak professionally. I am a trainer and he says, " Is this what u tell ur students to take loans and not to repay". What I wanted is not send me those bloody msgs . All the bloody nasty service.....

I have submitted loan application around 8hrs ago and it has been approved..but after 8 hours.. didn't get disbursement amount... still waiting for loan amount. Also I'm trying to contact your costomer care department with mentioned phone number on your website..is showing incorrect.. please update your active and correct phone number.
