Over weekends this place is crowded. They have increased the options of fishes, however at the same time prices too have been increased.

The guy has a variety of options, particularly on Sundays. You get good stuff at reasonable prices. Those who have a thing for live fishes this place has even that option. So why a star less? Well the ambience and the overall hygiene takes a beating at this place. Earlier at least it was a pukka shop with cemented flooring. But now with the construction going on over the nallah they are just peddling their stuff sitting on the roadside. This and the way they kill the live fish by throwing it hard on the ground, head firstvis really brutal.
Good shop don't have too much variety though

This place located in the jp nagar road in Miyapur. Mainly you can get the fresh fish Rohu and Catla. Live rohu : rs 180 Live Catla : rs 200 (As on Dec 2019) Dead fish cost less rs 40-50 than live fish. Very limited variety of sea fish like Seer, Mackrel, black pomfret available. On Sunday it will be too crowdy, wait time will be around 15 to 20 mins. Cleaning is free for fresh water fishes. Sea fish, prawns cleaning is chargeable. Only downside is if you are not careful your fish will be interchanged with some else's during cleaning/cutting. If you are too concerned about hygiene you may not like the water used in cleaning, and the surrounding.
