Not a store, but more of a makeshift arrangement. It's precisely the reason why one can get fresher fish here. They do not have deep freezers or electricity and hence can't stockpile. They get fish from 3 different harbours including Munambam. The staff are from Udayamperoor. I'd say the best option to buy fish if you live in Kakkanad.

Fresh fish at moderate price
Good place for fresh fish at reasonable price. Got good parking space for cars around the area. 10-11 am is the best time to visit. Not much variety to choose from, but prawns, sardine(mathi), Anchovy(kozhuva) and Kera are regulars along with other fish. You will get the fish cleaned and cut at no extra rate.
