Extremely pathetic experience with Mohan and his team. He has sent one person to repair our treadmill. There was some issue with the motor. He said he will contact us further for the next course of action. But after many repeated attempts of call, whatsapp, he didn't even show basic human courtesy to respond to us what to do next. Never ever trust him!!
