Its a place where you can have wedding dresses on rentals . Instore varieties are limited but you can also check online where variety range is more. Prices are comparatively equal to other rental shops. It would be preferably if you book dress online. You can try the dresses in the store and for each section like men, women they are having specific floors for each one.

Flyrobe Atrocity

This is the most fraudulent business. Like so many other people who have reviewed the same problem, they have stolen my money and not refunded me 10000/- . I was to be refunded in Feb . It has been 5 months. Their landline does not work . The sales rep who dropped clothes off initially gave the Covid excuse and I patiently waited. Then he hung up on me when I asked for money and now has disconnected phone number. I also noticed that in the final bill ,especially online, it won’t show anywhere your deposit amount. It only shows the total amount . This is how they get away with it because you can not prove that some amount was deposit . The only place it shows deposit if when you are browsing for clothes. Lucky for me that I took screenshots. Also note that the rajouri garden store won’t even mention a phone number on the website I am seriously pursuing a formal complaint against their fraudulent ways Please DO NOT use them.

STAY AWAY FROM FLYROB: Dont order from flyrobe its a scam. We ordered 3 outfits worth 50,000 and we got absolutely no service. Non existent customer care. Delivered late, luckily before the wedding and very bad quality, dirty and wrinkled outfit. Stay away and be warned: FLYROB WILL SCAM YOU

I hired 2 dresses in November 2019 from Flyrobe Lajpat Nagar. Both were returned in time and in good condition. Despite assurance to refund the deposit in 15 days, I have still not received back the same though I have been regularly following up with them through their customer care e mail link. The phone no. given at their website doesn't work. No one responds now to calls on the whatsapp no. of the Lajpat Nagar outlet either though they were very promptly replying till their merchandise were returned. Looks like they are running a racket for fleecing customers of the hard earned money placed as refundable deposit in good faith. Please beware!

I hired a dress and they kept my deposit amount 7500rs. Don’t use them. They told me with in 15 days they will give the refund but nothing has been given. They are not responding to my email and their phone no doesn’t work. I have requested my bank to raise a dispute case again them. Hopefully I will get my money soon. If someone else is in same boat please reach out to your bank and let them put in fraud list. Thanks.

Do not give them your credit card! We were a large group renting dresses for a wedding and at least 5 of us got our cards blocked for fraud after our transaction here. This was the first place we used it in Delhi and that we all had in common. The dresses were nice and clean. Overall it is a great alternative for a wedding. Just make sure that if you use it, go to the store and pay in cash. And if you choose a dress that requires a deposit, forget about it. Also the service is incredibly slow so go with time and lots of patience.

Flyrobe lajpat has all the latest outfits for every occasion. I had a great experience with Flyrobe. The outfit was delivered on time and in proper condition. Staff is very courteous, Mr. Om Prakash was very helpful. Will definitely revisit.
