I have place order by IRCTC application. But did not get food. Then in next order i directly called to zoop india and booked order lunch and dinner. But both time I did not get food. When I talk to mr. Pavan than he replied that delivery boy was late to delivery. Who is responsible ? In 2nd order he replied that restaurant boy delivered food. But I did not get food than where was my food? Making fools in last 3 times continues.

Never trust them to deliver on train. They simply will keep telling you that food is on it's way and it will never deliver. And the customer service will bluntly tell you sorry for not delivering. No customer service at all and collects payment also before confirming. They are just cheating people and collecting money.

Worst quality and service of food , with Pre payment by online on Zoop website have ordered 2 mini thali and a combo of zeera rice and Paneer from Sri Udupi Krishna place Agra but got incomplete order delivery at Agra Rly Station the delivery boy came with mini thalis only and combo was missing .in thalis also items were not matching with the menu provided while ordering , roti quantity was 3 instead of 4 and instead of Mix veg normal Alu matar veg served, rice, daal everything was below Average and not recommended to spent 125 rs for a thaali with This quality.
