Lovely staff, very kind and professional. Very good products (though quite expensive). Get the membership if you spend above 5k. Cute packaging too!

It's a excellent product with international level packaging and quality. The stores interior and ambience is cool. The store staff Mr.Balchandra is well versed in sales with good product knowledge. Worth the value for money product.

Every. Single. Time. I go here its horrible service. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I am an asian male and I went here to purchase gifts for my fiancee back home. First time I went, I asked some questions. They would not answer my simple questions on how much something was, but continued to try to upsell something I had absolutely no interest in. Round 2 I go back the following week. As soon as I emter the lady is frowning at me. I want to buy something but she is busy talking to another customer for 10 straight minutes while ignoring me. I was first in the store and was going to spend at least 4000 INR worth of goods. They must have thought I was a window shopper or ignoring me because Im a male. Well if they dont want my money because I dont look like a potential customer, no worries I will NEVER visit this shop again. Youve lost a customer forever, and when I go back to Korea I will make sure anyone else that comes to India on busoness trip will hear about my experiences. What a stuck up bunch of ladies that work here, WoW.

They don't have a wide range of products, but enough to spend a good amount of time exploring various scents. Bought a bunch of stuff from this place
