Worse service. Bad attitude of the staff. Most of the time they are on break. For every warranty products they do charge. They just want money. Don't approach.

We have raised the problem many times but never got the satisfactory response from your end. The product code is SC-S-WD250. We have gone through lots of inconveniences because of your carelessness. The problem raised by us had not been rectified and a lot more problems had begun. The systems is not working properly every now and then for no apparent reason. Constant reminders for repair or replacement have fallen on deaf ears. We have raised the complaint about the same again and again but there was no action, even though, complaint got closed by your side. Secure Eye has tested our patience and crossed all the limits of inconvenience. Therefore, we advise you to improve your services otherwise in this competitive world it would be difficult for you to survive. We have faith that complaint will be looked into soon, and hopefully, the good relations with your company will continue. We have also attached the Invoice (01/53) for the same.
