Good location, nice construction concept, avg construction quality, near Cherry County, own market advantage, flat prices are reasonable. Some towers are under construction but going by past experience, Club is excellent Best project in noida extension. Budget friendly apartments & amazing club services

This is a residential society. Build quality is good and more importantly they have this look and feel factor, which is USP of this project. You will find all the required amenities here including the fabulous club house. The only thing which I find as a con in this society is there basement which have leakage problem due to which many cars are ruined as it leave big patches on your car's body which can't be cleaned with water along with unmanaged parking space.

Fraud builder first they were saying that they will give possisan in November 2020, then they say in January 2021, then they say in mid of February , and now when we ask them they are saying we will give in July 2021 amount of engineer are too low and woork is slow in 2 towers and size of room and balcony is not same as they were in broshure there are big pillars

Be at your own risk. Very poor construction quality - cracks are very frequently developing on the walls. Not only this - titles used in stairs are off very poor quality. You can make out the 'CLASS' of builder from this - he used slightly better quality titles upto second floor and thereafter very very poor quality titles have been used in stairs. This shows 'how concerned and quality conscious Fusion Builder is to his project'. They are least bothered about the quality - the only motive is to sell their inventory. Titles fixed inside flats are 'hollow' under it - sufficient mixtures have not been used to fix titles. By a simple tap on floor one can make out how fragile it is. If something fell on that - which is quite possible - it might break into pieces. So be alter if you are planning to invest your hard earned money.

Many tasks are pending from builder side and are yet to be solved e.g., seepage, parking, club issue. Builder not at all interested in resolving them. Pathetic Maintenance.
