ION Fiber Internet Details Breakdown after using it for 2 weeks: Note: "Future IT Solutions" is the best go-to Internet Service Provider in Davangere. Without a doubt. Mr. Shafi is a professional and knowledgeable hand in Davangere who is managing customers well. I made the right choice instead of other ISP's. Got the connection within a week of october and they do it pretty fast too. Follow up is very accurate. Tech Team drops by after feasibility check from Mr. Shafi is done. Then they will install a device in 10 minutes. Mr. Shafi will confirm plan from you via WhatsApp or when he comes it install a fiber device. He was nice enough to explain what to do in case there is a issue. ION App monitors all your plan details and has plenty of options to upgrade for future which is a nice addition. Note: You can get a Router / Extra LAN cable from Mr. Shafi if you want for a reasonable price. Got the Rs. 700/- (30 MBPS /250 GB per month) advance pay plan with 5 months pay 1 month free offer which we liked. We are getting a constant 3 MBPS for download. Great for video conferencing, live class streaming, online gaming and downloads. There are no unnecessary packet loss at all unless you have kept auto updates in the background. We are happy with the connection and service. Go with these guys without a miss. Hope this helped :-)

First of all the prices are too high. There will be more disconnections due to their technical issues and they take more than 24 hours to get it resolved. No proper customer care. Totally waste of money.

For Davangere this is best you can find. Although sometimes we have faced issues with speed (high ping ) overall it's best you can get. The staff are friendly and their service is quick.
