Well, what you said isn't something reliable! We were communicated through you that you can take care of the skin concern, "it's just fungal, no problem will tske care", these were the words told by you before we left the pet there! Moreover you can't blame us that we haven't provided the whole information. We send u the prescription n all. But the point here is to focus on the pet's training and attention you give towards his health. None was provided, neither proper food nor proper training. We have all the proofs along with the screenshots and saying u want to give a refund for the medical bills is insane, while we are not concerned about the money spent, but the about our pet. So its important u realize not to give fake promises to people around by just showing a huge space for pets to walk around at ur training center. We however, can't get back the suffering our pet wenr through, but u have to further understand what actually a promise to customers mean! If u dont have the ability to keep that up, do not show fake interests towards pets, being commercial just to make money. Do understand these are still lives, though they're not human beings. So as human being I hope we have to understand to be humane instead of being ridiculous n insane towards what the service u promise to give. Thanks! Not sure how ppl liked the service in any way! One of my friend has sent his pet for training at this place and this was a very pathetic experience. We expect our pets to be trained n taken care of with a lot attention. But my friend's pet lost a lot of weight, they didn't feed him well, he had a skin condition which was not taken care of at this place. It was clearly seen that they never took care of him well! We can't encourage such torture towards those animals who can't tell it out in words. They need to be nurtured n that's what every one would expect! If I'd have an option to sue this place, I'd literally do it legally. This place isn't trust worthy!

Firstly I would like to say thank you to the owner of FuzzyWay. I'm so happy to see the drastic change in my puppy's behaviour. Last month I left her in the facility for just 2 weeks but the training that was given to her was so good that she is now behaving very well and responds to each and every command. The owner and the handlers are well equipped to manage dogs and they very well explained how to take care of them. Earlier we had no idea of it, but now we are definitely better:-) Once again thank you so much.

FuzzyWay came as a great guide for my furry child at the time. Praveen bro, being very patient, knowledgeable and very friendly person, cleared all the myths that I carried about dogs and helped me on a regular basis to grow my puppy. It is a good place to get the pets trained either at the centre or home training. Praveen is an excellent trainer with good support trainers.
