Irresponsive to coustomers not having manners to talk with coustomers on phone wants to give 0 -5 but google hasn't enable this feature yet very pathetic staff i will noy recommned this

Worst customer service ever... this is the third time I am writing a review Internet works fine for some days and then it’s back to square one they will troubleshoot the issue and after that again you will end up with the same problem... my office work relies on my home internet I have told them 100 of times yet they do the same thing. Money is not everything sir your customer should be happy too... they give good speed but what’s the use of that speed if it is going to stop after every couple of days and we have to chase you guys for ever... Take more money but give good service... if not then please refund the money by deducting a month’s money which I have used intermittently... I am still waiting for my issue to get resolved...

I am changing my review as my issue is now resolved. The owner of the business himself took proper follow up of my case. My only feedback is they should increase the staff so that complaints could be resolved faster.

Pathetic service ever, most of the time we do not have internet connection. To add to the misery we have already paid the whole year subscription amount. I guess they dont assist tht customers who have paid in advance. I actually wanted to rate it 0 but had cant cant as there is no option for it. Horrible and frustrating experience.

Even worst then Third class and tatti service... No customer service at all.. Good speed but of no use as it goes off after like every 2 hrs.. Staff doesn't knws how to talk to a customer...would suggest.. Better switch to some other service provider..... 5/5 for speed 1/5 customer service 0/5 for staff.. /5 for a mandatory answer "sir 15 min hojayega" n it takes 6 hours to start..Chandresh accord building number 21...

Amazing speeds... Highly Reliable.. 0% Buffering even for HD quality videos. didnt see much downtime.. have been using their service from 1.5 yrs. Would defintely recommend for anyone looking for high speed net access in Mira - Bhayender...
