Must visit place for every age, the museum have original artifacts including the dress worn by father of India during his lost moment.. one should visit the museum of Madurai located in same campus. There is a library which can be used by local people and also a book shop. Library gives you the old age arouma

Gandhi memorial Museum in Madurai have a great collection and memorables of various items being used by Gandhi Ji during his struggle to India's freedom. Most importantly museum has the blood strained cloth which was borne by Gandhi Ji during his day of Assassination. It will bring tears in one's eyes and take us back to the those day. Notably Madurai is the place where Gandhi Ji decided to bear the lone cloth. A must visit place if Visiting the Madurai.
