He did responded me in time over whasapp. Appointment was fixed. Since he didn't visit, Called him several times. He ensured that he will visit. I took leave from office only for him. But after several calls, finally he conveyed that he won't come because of the distance though I shared my location and address the earlier day. I lost a day's of work and my plants are still suffering.
