These gentech people have no manners,no descipline. They don't no how to talk to the people.They think they are only lab india.Even 10times also they don't respond about the reports. I never seen like this lab till now. Especially receptionist is toooo worst.

This one of the most honest lab that I ever spoke to . I called them regarding a test that was recommended to me by a gynocologist for my wife . The heard my case patiently and said that in my cases its actually not required . In todays day and age where each hospital and labs are in the race to make money , these guys took a refreshing approach . I never got the name of the lady I spoke to . But if you read this mam . Thank you so much . I highly recommned this lab to everyone who is reading this . Kudos to the gene tech team . :)
