They are most unethical people and ruthless in every sort, then first allure you to take you dubai to there head office but then they just play around your emotions, there family members are not even the part of there organisation can explain your reliving but your own work will go to vain, they can anythime fire you without explaining why and without the warnings. They ask you to hire people but won’t provide you anything for that and if you try to find deserving people from your references they accuse you about hampering office decorum by bringing in your people. No official culture, no fixed hr policies. Those who are deserving they just out of the company but TL AND HER BEST friend is the decision making and higher authorities don’t pick your call when you are fired.
