Bunch of scammers. Won't return your security. They will tell you to vacate early.most of the times you won't get any food. Washrooms are very dirty and mostly unusable . Better go with some other pg.

Very pathetic pg I must say -owner is completely money minded person - There is no hygiene , no cleaning ,there are the 1washroom for 5girls that to be inflected. - The main concern is food but her there is not taste in the food , they are serving food like just name sake. - Fake promise they are giving at a time when u want to get pg they will say about buttering words like many facilities are available but actually there is nothing even though regrading security also they are having issues they didn't given my security as well. - There is no agreement they're giving verbally commitment and later on they will take advantage of it.

Good: serves breakfast and dinner in timely manner, daily cleaning/ housekeeping, enough parking space, close to metro, regular water/ electricity supply. Bad: Discovered hidden charges for AC maintenance, maintenance of appliances- refrigerator/ furniture is poor, recharge for TV/ wi fi is intermittent, food is good with very limited variety. Overall good experience but owner seems to be more focused on earning profit rather than providing good services. Suggest to formally note down inclusions and exclusions of the rent agreement to avoid conflicts.
