I had a connection to Tata Sky broadband on May 16, 2019. I just took the connection that Tata Sky Broadband would give me a static IP in free. My connection started on May 19-May-2019. After that I had requested the static IP from the mail ([email protected]), after which I received an answer that the IP would be found within 24 hours. After 24 losses, no mail came, no call, then I called the customer care and then they will say the same within 24 hours, after that I have been calling for 4 to 5 times custom care, but the same answer every time “It will be done in 24 hours”. Bothered by this, I called the local service engineer (Vikash Mo. 970706116) that I had made a connection. He is speaking that 24 will be in deficit. I also called her 3 times but my static IP was still not found. The biggest thing here is that I called may times but I did not have any call or mail from the Tata Sky Broadband. I have payment advance for 6 months. May have been completely trapped, with me Tata Sky Broadband has betrayed a lot. Please do not give me back my connection and refund the remaining advance amount, otherwise I will have to take legal support.
