Fraud Alert Beware of this place... fraud alert... they take money in advance in the name of service... and when you call them they disappear. They will also say the technician will be allotted with false promise. Supposed to be twenty four seven service but they block you once they get the money paid to them.. pure looters.. beware.

I would not give this company any stars. This is a fraud company, they will come for the first time to charge you a bulk amount and subsequently will NEVER come for regular servicing. Highly unprofessional and a FRAUD COMPANY. NEVER EVER GET YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIRED FROM THEM. EVERY REVIEW SAYS THE SAME.

Bubble Bubblies

I needed a maintianence for my Faber hob and this was the first website that popped up. I booked them for a routine servicing and the technician came the very same day. He cleaned my hob and said it would be better if I got the hob serviced regularly. I agreed and paid rs 3250/- for servicing 4 times a year. Now whenever I call they say they will send the technician in 72 hours or today But no one has come in the last 15 days. Their service is pathetic. They are just after your money. Do not be fooled by their quick service the first time u call.

Possibly the worst service experience I have ever had. As previous reviews say, they are thoroughly unprofessional and not bothered once they are paid for an annual contract. I will advice everyone to never opt for their service. I have even asked for my money back but doubt ill get it from them. Fantastically shameless staff.

Last year November, they came and repaired my Chimney motor paid them Rs 5500/ for it, they also gave me two years of AMC for 3800 with contract to visit 3 times a year, it is one year and no one has shown up. I rang up on 13 September, they said they will send someone gave my address and AMC copy but no action. Don't use them .

Elica stove service provider. I had a problem with ignition. Mechanic came without looking said sign AMC for 2850 or will cost u Rs 2000 for repair. Paid AMC. Same problem trying to make them attend only promise no one turns up. Hope Elica is aware that their reputation is at stake. I intend to send legal notice for deficiency in service . Avoid Elica as after sales is pathetic.
